In June of 2015 , Desco Industries purchased the 3M static control business unit and re-branded it SCS - Static Control Systems, Static Control Solutions, and Static Control Specialist. SCS purchased the Sanford, NC facility where the 3M static control products were manufactured and will continue to manufacture these products at that site.
